Return Notice Period 

A customer will be allowed to return the product purchased from www.thefashionnet.ae within 14 days through raising a request via  email to customer.care@thefashionnet.ae 

Please Note : For hygiene reasons we do not accepts return or exchanges on Lingerie, accessories, cosmetics and bath products. We only accept return if a product is damaged.

 Online Refund Time on 

 Refunds can take up to 14 working.

• For COD Orders: Refund will be provided through store credits.
• For Prepaid offers: We offer a refund on credit card/ debit card. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. Contact your card issuer for further details
• Please note that the delivery fee cannot be refunded
