Orders, Payment & Delivery

Orders within the UAE are typically delivered in 2 business days. For deliveries to other GCC countries, please allow 3-4 business days

  • Next-Day Delivery: AED 15
    UAE: 1 Business Day
  • Standard Delivery: AED 12 (for orders under AED 250)
    UAE: 2-3 Business Days
    GCC (Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 3-4 Business Days
  • Expedited Delivery (KSA): AED 50 (for orders under AED 499)
    KSA: 2-3 Business Days

We accept Cash on Delivery, as well as the following payment methods: Debit Card, Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later).

Returns & Exchanges

To return an item, please click here. Please note that beauty products, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return. We currently do not offer exchanges.

We hope that you love your purchase. In case it's not exactly what you wished for, you can request a return within 30 days. Just follow the steps on this link.

Your refund will be processed within one working day of receiving your return at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your bank to credit your account.
